Read this Out Loud
Another funny little gem from Rorem. Read it out loud, pronouncing the foreign names as correctly as possible in their native tongue, for full effect. HiLARious.

I long to travel
When I hear Ravel,
Though I'm less fussy
About Debussy.
I start hoppin'
When I hear Chopin,
And literally snatch
At the strains of Bach.
I want to joust
After reading Proust.
And smile with pride
While reading Gide.

I forgot to add: And then read it again, but try to make each couplet rhyme...
