Please use Internet Explorer...
So I broke my blog. And now I'm fixing it. Every page except the main page looks like crap but I'll fix the other ones eventually and add the stuff that's missing (comments, banner, links, etc.). Thing is, now that I've got this new-fangled layout, it doesn't render correctly on Opera. And Mozilla doesn't seem to render ANYTHING I design properly outside of a text-only document. *sigh* On the other hand, I have added (and will add more) some funky things...if you're using IE, of course.

I should probably eat dinner...and do some work...*ug*

Woah what are you using to write your HTML templates and CSS?

You know I was probably going to say this, but if it's broken in Mozilla, it's broken. I don't have to tell you that Mozilla is very compliant with the CSS and XHTML specifications ;)

I'm using notepad (or rather, metapad). Maybe I like to type, maybe I feel "old school". Lord knows :)

Yeah, I know that Mozilla is compliant and all. But rendering is always an issue. If I'm controlling layout down to the pixel, two browsers can be equally compliant but have slightly different rendeing outputs, effectively destroying my layout. For example, width/border/margin/padding control is handled differently so a div that might fit in IE might get squished down in Mo or vice versa. I'm developing on IE since I figure it's more commonly used than Mo right now. I'll probably get around, eventually, to cooking up a compatible layout for Mo and IE. (Then again, while I'm ranting, if my code renders almost the same on Opera and IE, why can't Mo handle it? because it's more compliant than I? That's probably true...)
