Alright I'm sold. Mozilla Firefox is pretty nice. It's fast, light, and close enough to IE in interface that the switch over is mostly painless. There are some rendering issues though. As I type this, the MT interface is broken in firefox. I'm used to the keyboard shortcuts like ctrl-alt-a for a hyperlink but those buttons and shortcuts just don't exist in Firefox rendering. I didn't really like Opera (not enough screen real estate) or Mozilla (slow for me) but Firefox is really nice. Go check it out if you haven't yet. There are tons of extensions and fun things to play around with if you want to geek it up.

I agree. I've been using firefox/firebird/phoenix for a while now and its pretty fast. Some sites it doesn't render very well but its only sometimes. There are plenty of keyboard shortcuts in firefox. I like how you can add your favoriate search plugins...allows you to search google, imdb or whatever faster.

Oops. I meant Movable Type shortcuts (like hitting ctrl-alt-a for a link prompt). Not sure why those are b0rked on Firefox. Guess it's MT's fault. But yeah, plenty of Firefox keys. Loving it so far. I think the main reason is that it has most of the default IE configs I've come to know (right click view source or right click save targe As) so I don't have to RElearn anything. Things tha require learning are all new and fun (mouse gestures anyone?) and that's a Good Thing.
