Gorgeous novel. Must be read by all. The narrator seems older and more experienced than his age would seem to imply but other than that, there is very much an organic unity and beauty to it all. Dealing with the suicide of his brother, the narrator recalls the vivid and very current past and eventually breathes new life into his present through a sort of cathartic reconciliation. Just wonderful. Go read it!
