Oh well. The decision has been made and we have no choice but to abide by it and make the best of it (although most of us aren't in a position to really effect any changes). Here comes another 4 years. I hope they are better than the last four. But man, the world must be laughing at us now. Make that guffawing. To the eXtreMe. Am I making a statement by focusing on the flag and not the words on my sticker there? That's up to you.
Who did I want to win the election since I'm obviously not big on Bush again? Well, I think the choice is obvious. He's a known leader, he has definitely been a significant hero in wars, he is a friend to all humans, and he even has the matrix that will shine light upon us in our darkest times. I give you Mr. Prime:

Dude, the world would be such an awesome place is Optimus Prime were president. I'm really excited for a Prime '08 campaign. cause you know, he would crush Hilary Clinton (literally).

Yeah, America is really at the forefront of being a fundamentalist puritanical state (scary!). But if Optimus were president, yeah, he would not only "crush" all opposition, but he would also be able to "roll" with the punches. He wouldn't ever flip flop either though he may "transform" his stance if the situation fits. On the other hand, Prime does have a lot of "baggage" (a "trailer" full of stuff, if you will) he carries around. Clinton, H. would not stand a chance though. I'd worry more about Megatron.
