Back at school and getting back into the academic swing of things. By which I mean drinking with friends. Hmmm, so brandy lights but you have to hold the flame for a bit to get the alcohol up to temperature so that it stays lit.

The recent tsunami tragey inspired more blundering from Bush but positively, good will from many people. This was in the halls (outside hallways) of the UCSB music dept.

And speaking of too much water, there's been a WICKED storm going on in socal (sorry for the mismatched provincial slang). Mud slide in Carpinteria, flash flood warning in Santa Barbara. Crazy. But look! Rainbow!
