Time: 68 minutes (give or take a minute) so 10 min. per mile again
Feeling: Still ruling (my poor legs...they probably hate me)
Had a big headache and felt tired before the run. The first mile and a half was nasty (lower left calf felt like it was so tight it'd snap off) but got some sort of a wind around 2.5 miles. Starting at the halfway point (about 3.5), everything felt wonderful. Pains still came and went but it FELT good to be running. Even pushed the last 3/4 mile (probably was running about an 8 min./mile pace that last 3/4). So far so good. Keeping up with my schedule. Rest/cross train tomorrow, rest monday (lord I need it), and then it's 3-5-3 next week with a 9.5 mile saturday. If I can do that and still remain uninjured, then I'm completely caught up to the 18-week training schedule.
In other news, holy shit, I'm sweating. I never sweat!
