Cross Training Day - pecs, delts, biceps, triceps, abs, and obliques.
That and I find out that my right leg is worse off than my left. Maybe I unconsciously over-compensate with my right leg to help my left out? My right knee really hurts, and it's not the under-the-patella pads/tendons that are usually inflamed when I run but on the sides of the knee. As if the side supporting structures are stressed or something. Left hip (top of quads) still a bit tender too. This better all clear up by tomorrow or else I'm going to be worried.
