So I guess I've been overestimating myself. The inaccurate times I've gotten off my wall clock estimates are faster than my real time. Took a watch with me today and ran an average of 8:12 and this was trying to run very quickly. Oh well. Now I know. No more watch for me. It also makes me question my 8min/mile 6.8 mile time. Did I miscalculate that?...
