Note to self: stretch! Today was supposed to be a rest day with 3 miles but my legs felt too tight. Barely jogged 2.4 miles and stopped. A vigorous stretching session ensued. 12 miles in 2 days! (Posting this on Saturday because I forgot to post it on Thursday).
