So after two weeks of rest (first week recovering from calf minor injury, second week being half-assedly sick), I'm back to my schedule. I only really trained for 4 weeks before this forced hiatus so 2 weeks is a loooooooooooong time to be not runnin', and my 7 mile time shows that. But at least I can still run 7 without getting too winded and my legs feel ok. Schedule says 15 miles this weekend. HA! I think I'll do 12 at most and then 15 next week (which is supposed to be a 16). Can't believe I'm so non-chalant about 7 miles now. What have I become.
