Time: ~2:40 (right around 10/mile)
Feeling: Crappy
I feel physically alright though my legs are a bit worn out (understandably so). I don't know how many more miles I could have run (certainly not 10!) but I don't feel any impending injuries quite yet. Still, this was the most amount of stress I've placed on my legs, ever, I think.
I feel kinda crappy because I thought I was on my way to a faster than 10:00/mile pace. Lesson of the day though: if you ate a meal, wait for it to come out before running because the alternative, coming out during running forces you to duck into a church, stink up their bathroom, and run out sheepishly. Even then, you've just let go a big chunk of heat which screws around with your homeostasis for a bit. In addition, your legs go into rest mode and even though you were running effortlessly before, it gets much harder now. ARGH. Perhaps I'm being unreasonable but if I can't run under 10:00/mile for 16, how am I going to make it to 26? *mumble grumble*
