Less than a month to go before the marathon and I still have an 18 and 20 in front of me. Damn school! Plan to do a 10-ish run tomorrow, 6 on Wednesday, another slow 4 on Thursday, rest on Friday, and then an 18 on Saturday if my legs feel good enough. Rest Sunday and Monday, and then ramp back up to a 20.
