I'm becoming more Asian day by day, I swear. My hair's getting spikier, I'm going to be visiting the motherland soon, and I've got a RAZR now. Old phone has a cracked screen (though it still works) but the AT&T plan (known internally at Cingular as "Cingular Legacy" or "Customers about whom we could not give a fuck even if we were to try") was a bit annoying. And thank heavens for Chinese phone dealers in the bay area: 1 year contract, free phone, $36 activation fee, $27 tax, and I'm out the door with an unlocked phone (can use it in China!). Supposedly Cisco corporate discount takes away the activation fee and discounts the monthly bill further. woot indeed.
